14-day right of return
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To start a return, e-mail us at krivakmihael@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions and address.
Return conditions
- Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible.
- The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer.
- We may reduce the refund if the item has lost value because it was handled more than necessary to check what it is and how it works.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs paid at checkout are refunded in line with applicable EU consumer rules.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us at krivakmihael@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can arrange a solution. Your legal rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
